Anti-stigma campaign

THEATRE CAN

THEATRUM ANIMI’s European campaign exploring the relationship between theatre and mental health stigma reduction.

The coral starburst is a temporary approximation of the designers’ artwork.

What is THEATRE CAN?

Across nine partner organisations in seven European countries, the campaign explores how theatre can create connection, open new perspectives and deepen understanding, helping to challenge mental health stigma.

Through performances, creative activity, stories and shared perspectives, THEATRE CAN invites audiences, artists, practitioners and communities to consider what theatre can make possible.

And we want to hear what theatre can mean to you.

Wide backstage/rehearsal setup.
The starburst is a temporary approximation: the designers’ version sits behind a cut-out of the person.
