This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and devices used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

ATER processes personal data provided by users through the social media platform pages it manages for the purposes of promoting and providing information about organised activities.

Nature of data provision

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, users are free to provide the personal data requested in the forms. However, failure to provide such data may make it impossible to fulfil the request.

Place of processing and recipients of the data

Processing connected with the web services of this website takes place at the already mentioned registered office of the Data Controller and is carried out by the company’s technical staff. The data collected are processed by ATER staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing. Where necessary, the data may be processed by an IT consultancy firm previously appointed as a data processor pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The data are not shared with the other partners of the Theatrum Animi Project, except in aggregated and anonymised form as regards countries of origin and occupation.

Only in the event of audits and checks concerning the proper management of the project may the data be disclosed, solely for that purpose, to EACEA, the European Union agency responsible for the funding.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right at any time:

  1. to access their personal data;
  2. to obtain the rectification or erasure of their data or the restriction of processing concerning them;
  3. to object to processing;
  4. to data portability;
  5. to withdraw consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal;
  6. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority).
